FOUND DOG:
UPDATE:- Owner saw ad in the paper and the dog was reunited with his loving family. We wish to thank Niki for her effort in assisting this dog to find his way home.
The article as it appeared:-
Hi,
We found a staffy/mastiff type dog near Mungar and are trying to find the owners. He seems to be an older puppy. He’s black all over, with a white patch on his chest. I saw on your websight that someone is looking for a similar dog, but I don’t think this one is it – this one has a larger white patch on his chest than a 20c coin.
We’ve put an ad in the paper yesterday, but we don’t know how else to try and find the owner.
The dog was found on the road sitting next to a dead Labradore. Seems like they might have been roaming together and one had been hit by a car.
Would you be able to put a notice on your websight in the lost/found section.
Cheers,
Niki
