Please leave a short message if we can’t answer the phone and we will return your call ASAP. We ask that you please be patient though. Our volunteer Warriors are also workers and look after Pet Warriors in their spare time. While we appreciate that you would like to know about adopting a pet as quickly as possible we do require time to receive applications and process them. This can take at least a week or frequently longer. Email is a sure way of communicating with us so please send us an email rather than making a call. While we endeavour to respond as quickly as possible sometimes delays are inevitable and we do apologise in advance. We would also like to be able to call back all our pet adoption applicants but this is expensive and time consuming. Please understand that we will endeavour to contact you about the result of your pet adoption application or enquiry as soon as we can but we can only respond directly via email. Otherwise please keep an eye on the web site and Facebook where we will broadcast the successful pet adoptions as soon as we can. Thank you for your patience.
